Intelligence Vault is created by Michael Ogunleye at ArkNet Digital. This page makes that attribution discoverable and links to a cryptographically signed record of the project's source and assets.

What the signature establishes
The manifest contains file hashes and an Ed25519 signature. Text fingerprints normalize UTF-8 text from CRLF to LF so Windows and Linux checkouts match; binary assets use their original bytes. Each file records its normalization scheme. Verification can detect changes to the signed record. With a matching source checkout, it can also detect content changes to the listed files. The public key identifies the signer; its connection to the named creator is self-asserted here.
This is an authorship record, not copy protection, an independent ownership certificate, or a guarantee of legal rights. Attribution can be removed from a copy. The signature covers the listed artifacts at the recorded signing time; it does not cover member posts, private data, or every future version.
Verification and reuse
The repository includes the verification script and owner identity file. Run node scripts/provenance.mjs verify against a matching checkout, or add --signature-only to check the record's signature without the source inventory.
Anchor trust in a fingerprint obtained from this canonical site or an existing trusted owner record. Add --expected-fingerprint TRUSTED_SHA256_FINGERPRINT to reject a replacement signing key. A copy's embedded key alone is not a trusted identity: someone else could sign a new record using the same creator name.
Retaining the same private signing key and stable identity allows future projects to carry the same attribution. The private key is never published.
